I went to midpoint motors to buy a new car and I do not have a bad word to say. Really friendly experience which put me at ease when buying my new car. They made sure to answer all questions I had regarding my new car. Little tweaks to my car (eg any small chips) were done professionally and couldn’t tell they were even there! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I live a distance away from them and Rich sent me a detailed video of the car in advance of me coming to view it. Scott on the day was great and the car was just as described. Unfortunately I broke down on the Friday night following with the car being undriveable, 100 miles away from home. Rich answered the phone and asked me to give him 15 minutes and he’d try and find a solution. In that time he arranged a courtesy car to be delivered to me and my car taken away to be repaired, to quote, ‘I’m just mortified you’ve bought one of our cars and you’re stranded on a Friday night. I’ll sort whatever I can out for you.’ Following a complete engine rebuild I’ve just collected the car again, fixed and valeted. Honestly couldn’t fault these guys as it would’ve been easy to say I had a third party warranty and breakdown and wash their hands of it. They didn’t and went above and beyond in the circumstances. I’ll be buying my next car from them.
