“Just bought a bmw from midpoint trade centre, and what a great service i received. No pressure and hassle free. Was left alone to do any checks on the vehicle when viewing and test driving. Rich was very courteous and friendly, no hard-sell tactics, made it easy for me to view and test drive the car, all questions answered and documentation presented (full service history ect.). Rich was also very accommodating and flexible when I arranged a third party inspection. The whole buying process was very quick and straight forward. Not least, very happy with the car, everything as described, in very good, clean condition. Also, when a fault showed up a couple of weeks in he had it sorted very fast under warranty, no quibbles.
